The data (first name, last name, e-mail) received from you as part of the registration for the online service BIMSPEED (https://bimspeed.planen-bauen40.de/) are used exclusively for the authentication and use of BIMSPEED.

What is the legal basis for this?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 EU-DSGVO. The data processing is based on a balancing of interests (Art. 6 (1) f) EU-DSGVO). We process your personal data as long as this is necessary for the stated purpose. The purpose ceases to apply with the termination of the BIMSPEED Project and the online service.
