Which of your data are processed by us? And for what purposes?

The data (first name, last name, e-mail) received from you as part of the registration for the online service BIMSPEED ( are used exclusively for the authentication and use of BIMSPEED.

What is the legal basis for this?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 EU-DSGVO. The data processing is based on a balancing of interests (Art. 6 (1) f) EU-DSGVO). As a data subject, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 EU-DSGVO.

How long will the data be stored?

We process your personal data as long as this is necessary for the stated purpose. The purpose ceases to apply with the termination of the BIMSPEED Project and the online service. At the latest towards the end of the calendar year, after termination of the online service, we delete your personal data.
